Basucally our Leadership Action Plan will be conducted in our country, Fiji. As mentioned we will colloborate with existing NGO's and Governmental organizations (stakeholders) that have helped local communities on assissing their coral reefs and mangrove ecosystems. In this way we are also creating a firmed nwetwork with this oraganizations in terms of gathering recent data and using it as a baseline survey for our project. Organizations like WWF, Institute of Applied Science (IAS) in the University of the South Pacific, and IUCN have long been working with some of the communities in Fiji in managing and conserving coral reefs  and mangrove ecosystem. The purpose of this project is to genuinely engage local communities within a participatory workshop in order for locals to echo their concerns and how they would like to manage theri resources.
